    Yes, we do offer free estimates; we are pleased to provide detailed and in-depth estimates for your property. All you have to do is contact us, and we will arrange a time that suits you best.

  • 2. Do I need a landscape design or consultation?

    The need for a landscape design is mostly dependent on the size of the landscaping project, but a consultation is always required for both the homeowner and our company to have a good understanding of all factors involved in the homeowner’s landscaping project.

  • 3. Can I keep to a certain budget?

    You can! Clearaway Contracting has created many landscapes for all types of budget. We can offer ways to maximize your dollars to get the best landscape outcome. We also suggest to our customers that commencing with a landscape design enables them to have a work in progress. They can have their landscaping project done in portions over the years and budget the costs accordingly.

  • 4. Do you have all insurances to work on my property?

    Yes, we do! Clearaway Contracting takes great pride in operating with all the correct insurance requirements in place. Proof of insurances can be provided as necessary.

  • 5. What geographical areas do you provide service in?

    Our company mainly provides landscaping services for the areas in St. John’s, NL and surrounding areas. But we have provided landscaping for others within 1.5 hours’ drive outside of the city area. So depending on the project, we can accommodate your needs.

  • 6. What type of a return can I expect on my home investment after landscaping work has been completed?

    Having a quality landscaping work completed on your property will definitely add to your home’s value both financially as well as personally. Financially you will add to the dollar value of your investment, but the joy and pleasure you will receive from a beautiful landscape oasis is priceless.

  • 7. How quickly can Clearaway Contracting Ltd. start my landscaping project?

    We recommend that you start the design process early, as we do book up quickly with the short landscaping season in Newfoundland. We do offer a first-come-first-serve basis depending on the type of work needed. So once all areas of consultation are agreed upon, your project can be scheduled.
